The structure of high speed punch press High speed punch press is made of integrated special cast iron alloy with high rigidity and shock resistance. The slider is designed with long guide way and equipped with slider balancing device to ensure precise and stable operation. All anti-wear components are lubricated by electronic timer automatic lubrication system, if there is a lack of lubricant, the press will stop automatically. Advanced and simple control system ensures the accuracy of slide running and stopping. It can be matched with any automated production requirements to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
High-speed punch press is widely used in precision electronics, communications, computers, household appliances, automotive parts, motor stator and other small precision parts stamping processing.
Precautions for the safe use of high-speed press
 High-speed punch press before work
1 Check the lubrication condition of each part and make each lubrication power get sufficient lubrication.
2 check whether the mold installation is correct and reliable
3 check whether the compressed air pressure is within the prescribed range
4 Be sure to make the flywheel and clutch disengagement before turning on the motor
5Check that the direction of rotation of the flywheel is the same as the rotary mark when the motor is turned on.
6 Make the press to carry out several empty strokes to check the working condition of the brake clutch and maneuvering part.
2 high-speed press work
1 should be regularly lubricated with a manual lubricant pump to the lubrication point of pressure lubrication
2 press performance is not familiar with the press should not be adjusted without authorization
3 absolutely prohibit the simultaneous punching of two layers of sheet metal
4 should stop working immediately and check in time if found abnormal work. high speed punch press

3 High-speed press after work
1 Make the flywheel and clutch disengagement cut off the power supply to release the remaining air
2 Wipe the press clean and apply anti-rust oil on the working surface.
3 after each operation or maintenance to make a good record of high-speed punch press die is a whole set of the upper part of the die, that is, installed in the press slide on the die part. The upper die holder is the uppermost plate-like part of the upper die, which is close to the press slide when the workpiece is in place, and is fixed by the die shank or directly with the press slide. The lower die is the lower part of the entire set of dies, i.e. the part of the die that is mounted on the press table. The lower die holder is a plate-like part on the bottom surface of the lower die, which is fixed directly to the press table or pad during operation. The edge wall is the side wall of the edge of the punched die hole. The slope of the edge is the slope of each side of the edge wall of the punched die hole. The air cushion is a compressed air-powered ejector. Refer to "Ejector". Reverse Side Press is a part that supports a unidirectional stressed die from the other side of the working surface.high speed punch press

High-speed punch press guide sleeve is a tubular part that provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower die holders, most of which are fixed in the upper die holder and used in conjunction with the guide pillar fixed in the lower die holder. The guide plate is a plate-like part with a hole for precision sliding with the convex die, which is used to ensure the mutual alignment of the convex die and the concave die, and play the role of unloading (pieces). Guide pillar is a cylindrical part to provide precision guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower mold seats, most of which are fixed in the lower mold seat and used in conjunction with the guide sleeve fixed in the upper mold seat. The guide pin is a pin-shaped part that extends into the material hole to guide its position in the concave mold. The guide plate is a punching die that is guided by the guide plate, and the convex die does not detach from the guide plate when the die is in use. The guide plate is a plate-shaped guiding part that guides the strip (strip, coil) material into the concave die. Guide pillar mold holder is a mold holder in which the guide pillar and guide bushings slide against each other. See "Die holder".
High-speed press die is installed in the press for the production of punched parts of the process equipment, by the mutual cooperation of the upper and lower parts of the composition. Convex die is a die that plays a direct role in the formation of punched parts of the convex working parts, that is, the shape of the working surface of the parts. The concave die is the concave working part of the die that directly forms the punch, i.e. the part that takes the internal shape as its working surface. The guard plate is a plate-like part that prevents fingers or foreign objects from entering the dangerous area of the die. Pressure plate (ring) is a part of the die used to hold down the stamping material or work piece to control the flow of material, in the deep drawing die, most of the pressure plate is called pressure ring. Pressing bar is a bar-like protrusion used to control the material flow in the stretching die or deep drawing die. Pressing bar can be a local structure of the concave die or press circle, or it can be a separate part inserted into the concave die or press circle. Compression sill is a generic term for a compression rib with a rectangular cross-section. See also "press rib". Bearing plate is a plate-like part used to extend the upper plane of a concave die to support the stamped material. A continuous die is a die with two or more stations, and the material is fed into one station one at a time with the stroke of the press, so that the punched part is gradually shaped.

The side edge of a high-speed press is a convex die that cuts a feed positioning notch on the side of the strip (tape, coil) material. The side pressure plate is a plate-like part that applies pressure to one side of the strip (strip, coil) material by means of a spring, prompting the other side of the strip to be close to the guide plate. Ejector bar is a bar-like part that directly or indirectly ejects the workpiece (sequence) or sequence material with an upward motion. Ejector plate is a plate-like part that moves inside a die or module and ejects workpieces or scrap directly or indirectly with an upward motion. Toothed ring is a ring of toothed projections on a fine blanking die or toothed platen, which is a localized structure of the die or toothed platen and not a separate part. Limit bushing is a tubular part used to limit the minimum closing height of a die, usually outside the guide post. A limit post is a column-shaped part that limits the minimum closing height of a die. Positioning pin (plate) is to ensure that the work piece in the mold has a constant position of the parts in different shapes and called positioning pin or positioning plate.
Fixed plate of high-speed press is a plate-like part that fixes the convex die. The fixed unloading plate is the unloading plate that is fixed on the die in an unchanging position. Fixed stopper pin (plate) is a stopper pin that is fixed in the die. Unloader is a non-platen part or device for unloading workpieces from the outer surface of a convex die. Unloading plate is a fixed or movable plate shaped part that unloads material or workpieces from a convex mold. Unloading plate is sometimes made of one piece with the guide plate, also plays the role of material guide, still called unloading plate. Unloading screws are screws fixed on the spring pressure unloading plate, used to limit the static position of the spring pressure unloading plate.
High-speed press single-process die is in the press a stroke only to complete a process of the die. There are two types of scrap cutters.
1. Installed in the deep-drawing pieces of flange trimming die used to cut off the whole circle of trimming waste to facilitate the removal of the cutter.
2. Installed in the press or mold for the strip (strip, roll) waste according to the fixed length cut off to facilitate the removal of the cutter. Combination of punching die is according to the geometric elements (straight line, angle, arc, hole) step by step to form a variety of punched pieces of universal, adjustable sets of punching die. The profile of plane-like punched parts generally requires several pairs of combination punching dies to be punched in stages. The starting stopper pin (plate) is a part for positioning the material when it is fed at the beginning. The starting pins (plates) are of the moving type. Blocks are the individual parts that make up a complete concave die, convex die, unloading plate, or stationary plate. The stop (plate) is a hardened part for positioning the material when it is fed through the notch cut by the side edge, and is also used to balance the one-sided cutting force on the side edge. The block (plate) is generally used in conjunction with the side edge.
