How to ensure the safe operation of high-speed punch press?

      Non-staff shall not enter the punching machine room close to the flywheel, transmission belt and foot switch without authorization to start the punching machine; be sure to turn on the motor only after the flywheel and clutch are disengaged; when the motor is turned on, the direction of rotation of the flywheel needs to be the same as that of the rotary sign; the machine tool must be working below the rated load, and overloaded operation is strictly prohibited;      High Speed Stamping Equipment

   Sliding and rotating parts must be filled with lubricating oil, check the lubrication of each part, see whether the main lubrication system is clogged or lack of oil, and make each lubrication point get sufficient lubrication; in the process of using, when you find that the punch press is running abnormally (such as loosening of the rotating parts, malfunctioning of the manipulating device, loosening of the molds and lack of defects) or there is an abnormal sound (such as the sound of continuous striking, bursting), you should stop the machine and check it at once.
