What is the meaning of the various technical parameters represented in the supply of punch presses?
Punching machine parameters in the product profile represents the meaning of what? The main technical parameters of the press should be able to better reflect the working capacity of the press, the size range of the workpiece can be handled, the relevant productivity and other indicators.
The main technical parameters are:
(1) Nominal pressure Fg (kN) and nominal pressure stroke sg (mm) Nominal pressure Fg: refers to the slider from the lower dead center of a particular distance (called nominal pressure stroke sg) when the slider is allowed to withstand the maximum force. Nominal pressure angle αg: relative to the nominal pressure stroke, the crank angle is defined as the nominal pressure angle. Note: Only within the nominal pressure stroke sg, the working capacity of the device can reach the value of Fg (or so-called rated pressure). Nominal pressure series: mainly take the preferred number series, such as 63, 100, 160, 250, 315kN....
(2) slider travel s (mm) is the slider through the upper dead center to the lower dead center, the value is crank radius 2 times. Generally, the slider stroke becomes larger as the nominal pressure value of the device rises; the stroke of some presses can be adjusted.
(3) The number of slide strokes, n (1/min), is the number of round trips the slide can make per minute in the continuous mode of operation, and it corresponds to the crank speed. The fewer the devices in a general-purpose press, the greater the number of strokes; the stroke speed of a high-speed press can be adjusted.
(4) Maximum die loading height H (mm) and die loading height adjustment ΔH (mm) The maximum die loading height H is the value when the die loading adjusting device adjusts the slide to its uppermost point, and when the slide is at its lower dead center, the distance between the bottom surface of the slide and the top surface of the table plate (pad). Parallel to the mold loading height guideline is the closure height, which is the spacing between the bottom surface of the slide and the top surface of the press table when the slide is at lower dead center. The die closure height is the height from the upper plane of the upper die holder to the lower plane of the lower die holder when the die is in its minimum working position. Theoretically, it varies between the maximum mold height and the minimum mold height, while in practice, the limit position needs to be subtracted.
(5) table size by the table plane size and table leakage hole size of two parts. (6) The size of the die shank hole is mainly designed for fixing the upper die in open type presses. General crank press technical parameters can be found in the relevant standards, equipment manuals, equipment nameplates and so on.
High-speed punching machine compared to ordinary punching machine, there are mainly the following aspects of difference. First of all, the stamping speed, high-speed press is usually much faster, the number of times per minute can reach hundreds or even thousands of stamping, while the ordinary press is relatively slow.
Secondly, in terms of precision, the precision of high-speed presses is usually higher, to meet the needs of more precise parts stamping. Furthermore, the structural design and parts selection of high-speed presses pay more attention to stability and durability to adapt to the requirements of high-speed operation.
