Moulds should be tight, the upper and lower moulds to the right, to determine the correct position, move the punch press by hand to test punch, in the mould is in good condition to work. Before driving, pay attention to lubrication, remove all floating items on the punch press.

      When the gantry punching machine picks up or runs in the punching system, the operator should stand appropriately, the hand and the head should keep the corresponding distance with the punching machine, and always pay attention to the action of the punch, and forbid to chat with others. When punching short and small workpieces, the operator should use good tools, and should not use his hands to feed or pick up the workpieces directly. When punching or long parts, the system should be set up to stabilise the feed frame or take other stabilising measures to avoid digging injuries. When punching, hands and feet are not allowed to be placed on the hand and foot gates, and it is necessary to punch once and move once to prevent accidents.
