   The working principle of the micro motor punch press is as follows:
    The power of the micro motor punch press comes from the micro motor. When the motor rotates, the rotary motion is transformed into the linear reciprocating motion of the slider through a series of transmission mechanisms, such as belts, gears, connecting rods and so on.

      In the structure of the punch press, there is usually a crankshaft or eccentric shaft. The motor drives the crankshaft or eccentric shaft to rotate, and when the eccentric portion of the crankshaft or eccentric shaft rotates upward, the slider connected through the connecting rod is driven to move upward to complete the return stroke; when the eccentric portion rotates downward, the slider is subjected to the downward thrust and moves downward rapidly, thus driving the punch mounted at the bottom of the slider to press the plate or material placed on the table.
