Mechanism design: The device is designed with components such as gripper, rectangular slide groove, round cylinder, spring, etc., which constitute the pressure mechanism, so that the device can better press fit the moulds and enhance the cushioning effect.

Action flow:
The upper clamping mould needs to do the relaxation action at the lower dead point (165~195 degrees).
The door mould track should be operated at the dead point (crankshaft angle 330~30 degrees) of the press.
The lower clamping die should wait for the lifting die rail to descend before it can be used, and the punch should stop at the lower dead point.

Safety protection: If any of the above conditions are not met, the punch cannot run continuously to protect the mould and personnel safety. The die lifter at the top dead centre can be raised only after the lower clamping is relaxed and detected1.
