What aspects of the press are checked before transport?

    Check the following aspects of the punch press before transport:

  I. Appearance check
    Overall structure
        Check the overall appearance of the punch press for any obvious deformations, dents or cracks.
        Check whether the surface coating of the punch press is intact, with or without flaking, rusting and corrosion. A good surface coating can protect the punch press from corrosion and abrasion to a certain extent, and also improve the appearance quality of the punch press.

    Connecting parts
        Check whether the bolts, nuts, pins and other fasteners of each connection part of the punch press are firm.
        Observe whether there is any crack or de-welding phenomenon in the welded parts. For some presses with welded structures, the quality of the welded parts is critical. If the welding parts are found to have problems, they should be repaired in time to ensure the structural strength of the press.

    Slider and guide rail
        Check the cooperation between the slider and the guide rail. The slider should be able to slide smoothly on the guide rail without jamming, skewing and other phenomena. Push the slider with your hand to feel the smoothness and flexibility of its movement. If the gap between the slider and the guide rail is too large or too small, it may affect the precision and performance of the press, and it is easy to have problems during transport.
