    It is generally applicable to 60T and below 60T precision punching machines. The adjustment method is as follows: Firstly, use the hook spanner to loosen the fixing screw to the right. Secondly, take out the ratchet handle and put it on the slider adjusting lever. If the height of mould loading (i.e. the height of closing) needs to be raised, rotate the handle in clockwise direction.

    If the die height (i.e. closing height) needs to be lowered, then rotate the handle counterclockwise, and at the same time, the correct height of the slider can be seen in the die height indicator, so as to make fine fine-tuning.
    Finally, after repeated adjustments to determine the optimum die height, use a hook spanner to lock the screws to complete the precision punch press die height adjustment.
